This is what happens when you ignore someone who's obsessed with you.

He accuses me of being anonymous accounts all the time, then resorts to asking such anonymous accounts later to comment on something I have said in my past.

Remember, he often accuses someone else of being the account, then once he realizes he is losing the exchange, he moves the goalposts and will repeat the same garbage over and over while claiming some kind of win (Someone must give him a cookie or something before bed along with a high 5).

Here is what he has done just in the last few days:

Notice how he asks the other account to give an opinion about something I said to a person named Jamie Buchanan who kept referring to me as a pedophile and that it did not matter if he continued to do so. I responded by stating I was going to call his grandson's school and inform them that Jamie was under investigation for touching the boy. As you can see, Patrick of course clips the conversation to make me look bad, as he never engages honestly. Jamie of course did not like my response and Patrick has obsessed over it since.

But just a while ago, Patrick accused me of being the account he is talking to and asking for an opinion on what I said:

Then there's this little gem:

Patrick is 40+ years old, is an undischarged bankrupt without a trustee (in perpetual bankruptcy and has been for a decade+) while owing Robert Day $113,000+ from when he lost a defamation suit for using pedophile language to describe Robert over a decade ago. Yes, he is that much of a loser.

Here are a few more tweets from him replying to something I have said about the Freedom Convoy and their leaders being on trial in Ottawa currently:

As you can see, if I say anything, he has something stupid to say in return. This is the guy who is attempting to sue me for defamation because I caught him using my name and business email in an online form to attain a coupon. This is something he's tried in the past where he was sending text messages to me stating to "leave his 17 yr. old daughter alone", when all I had to do was pay a company called Globphone.com $5 to get the originating IP address and phone number of the person sending the texts.

In 2 years, he filed a single motion, to have my Statement of Defense removed, and he lost horribly. In fact, I did not even have to speak at the hearing. That is how bad his motion was and his blathering to get something done that was never going to happen. In 14 years within the court system, Patrick has _never_ won a single hearing. Not once. Why hasn't he returned with another motion?

Well, as I previously stated, Patrick is over $ 113,000+ in debt to Robert Day who has garnish orders in place for Alberta and Saskatchewan. Patrick recently quit his job to avoid these measures, so the Saskatchewan Sheriff’s office wants to have a chat with him. He is about avoiding being served by another third party, for what, no one knows, but I'm betting it's someone trying to sue him for money from a bill or another lawsuit he's potentially lost.

See, if he goes to court, these agencies will know where to find him and can serve him in person, something that is difficult because he refuses to pick up registered mail to his Lloydminster address that he lists on all his horseshit lawsuits. He has also lied to King’s Court Justices and court clerks on several occasions, and being the nice guy that I am, I have alerted the court of his lies, along with transcripts offered as proof. He will have to deal with that as well, which I can only imagine will not be pleasant.

Patrick was asked if he sought the court or his trustee's permission before filing his lawsuits, because as an undischarged bankrupt he must do so as a Justice had told him, but Patrick simply stated no. He failed to mention that his trustee discharged themselves from his bankruptcy for not paying their fees or keeping up with the terms of his conditional discharge. A lie by omission is still a lie.

Patrick is truly a piece of garbage. I have unfortunately been dealing with this fucking asshat for 9 years, but that is about to change.

32 days and counting.

Update 09/13/23: My countdown on Twitter/X seems to have Patrick rattled.

He's one of the people lapping up "my crap" and commenting on it. By his definition, he's an idiot.

Update 09-14-23: Imagine being so obsessed with someone, you cannot help but comment on everything an individual says. Patrick is so obsessed with me that it's becoming unfunny.

Update 09-16-23: He can't stop, won't stop.

Right, the same guy who's done nothing with his lawsuit except lose a motion over a year ago in an absolute laughingstock manner, suddenly has something new to bring forward.

I'm sure. Like when he was going to make Robert Day's lawyer cry on the witness stand and then having a default judgment for $85,000 (now over $114,000+ with interest and penalties after a failed bankruptcy leaving him in financial purgatory in the last decade) entered against him.

Patrick tried this same horseshit years ago and then dropped the matter because he had no case, like now. He knows the moment he goes to court I'm bringing up all the lying to the court, his inability to proceed because of his undischarged status as a bankrupt, and that he's facing garnish measures that he's evading. Let's not forget that he's never complied with any order from any Justice ever. He's never paid a single cost award or judgment against him.

Patrick files lawsuits to brag he's suing people then does nothing with them. It's hilarious that a simple countdown is triggering this guy so hard.

You also must remember, that he's blocked on my account, so technically, he shouldn't be able to see what I tweet, but here he is showing that he's obsessed with me.

I'm technically proficient, so I don't even need to look at what he has. It's simply delivered, and ready to post from my Google Drive.

That's how pathetic Patrick Ross is. You'll also notice here: https://x.com/RogueNerdOne that I'm not replying to or mentioning him. This is all derived from his mind and he's initiating all this failed interaction.

Update 09-19-23: Today's been a big day in the life of little Patrick Ross. He's still commenting on everything I say, and now it's getting entertaining.

Tomorrow I'm heading to Grand Cache to clean up a ransomware infection for a company I've done similar work for in the past. I'll be there for roughly 2-3 days depending on how things go.

Patrick is currently losing his shit because the company I'm working for booked me in at the Grand Cache Hotel. I posted on Twitter/X/Bluesky/Pebble asking if people in the area would like to grab a beer or a coffee and shoot the Twitter shit. I do the same whenever I work out of town.

As you can see, it seems Mr. Ross is staying at the same hotel, and he posted that he had a meal at the hotel. Now I'm a "creep" because the company I'm working for has a contract in place with a hotel, like most do, to house staff when in town. It wasn't my choice to go to said hotel. I was simply emailed the details and confirmation of it being booked.

I posted the same question to 3 social networks. Did I think or know Patrick was in Grand Cache? Nope. Why you ask? Because he keeps his whereabouts well hidden from the Saskatchewan Sheriffs and the garnish measures, they'd like to speak with him about it.

Here's the rest of his flip-out fest today, and I must say, his obsession level is getting out of hand.

I can't even retweet someone else's content without him having his say on it.

Something tells me I have a fan:

Wouldn't it be fantastic if he and I ran into each other when he's said all this bullshit lately?

Update 09-24-23: He's on tilt. Full fucking tilt.

The man is obsessed with me, and anyone who interacts with me. The proof is in the pudding above.

Update 09-27-23: Here's what I'll be filing in court shortly.

As you can see, Patrick Ross has never been a good Plaintiff or Defendant when it comes to litigation. Most times, it's simply bravado he wants online and to further harass his victims.

October 2, 2023, after I drop my son off at school, I will be swearing the above motion and submitting via e-mail submission services to the Grande Prairie courthouse. I'm hoping to get a hearing date on October 14, 2023, which will be exactly 2 years from his initial filing date.

Now he's threatening to sue another person, which he hasn't sought the court's approval to do, and he's still without a bankruptcy trustee who could give him permission to file. Again, it's all for bluster and bravado online. Once my motion is finalized and entered as evidence, anyone Patrick Ross sues or threatens to sue, should my motion as their template to get such actions dropped.

Eventually, the court will label him a vexatious litigant and he won't have legal remedies within the court system for his silly temper tantrums to gain a tiny ego boost on social media.

I'll update this blog once I get the hearing date, and how to log in remotely to watch the proceedings unfold. By attending and watching in real-time, Patrick won't be able to lie about the proceedings as he has in the past.

Update - 10-03-23: Just keeping records.

Update 06/10/23

As I'm just days away from filing my motion to dismiss, more evidence of Patrick Ross' delinquent nature of avoiding all collection efforts to satisfy prior judgements against him pops up. I'll be including this blog post from Robert Day in my motion:

Chronicles of Twatrick: Another two years

As I've explained before, Patrick hasn't followed a single court order, directive, or judgement against him while being an undischarged bankrupt without a trustee due to non-compliance and non-payment of an insanely favorable conditional discharge almost a decade ago yet wants all rights of someone who follows the law.

Once I file, any and all lawsuits Patrick had filed or will want to file with fail. It's my goal to have him labelled a vexatious litigant. He files, stalls, and uses the actions as online bravado and nothing more. You'd think he'd file _something_ to show movement on the file, but then Sheriffs who want to talk to him about his garnish avoidance measures would know where he is.

His lawsuit against me is dead, but he's such a delinquent, he'll make me file instead of simply walking away with some dignity. It's almost as if he _must_ fail or he's not happy with himself.

Patrick Ross once again is using pedophilia to attack people online.

As it's widely known, Patrick Ross was sued by Robert Day for making statements referring to pedophilia and won a judgement of $85,000.

Patrick's been running from said judgement for over 10+ years and is currently sought out by the Saskatchewan Sheriffs, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, among many others and has gone to great lengths to evade garnish measures against him including quitting employment and closing bank accounts.

You'd think he'd learn not to use those terms with anyone in the future, right? Wrong. Horribly wrong.

https://twitter.com/OutlawTory/status/1678795819967733763

That's Patrick calling someone "PedoChuckles" since July 11.

You should definitely report every one of those tweets for targeted harassment. It's disgusting he uses these terms to attack people and only proves he's not mature enough to use social media.

Let's deplatform him to send him a message. His accounts are @Outlawtory and @DragonfireIdeas.

It's almost comical how fucked Patrick Ross is.

Today I went to the Brownlee Building in Edmonton to have my motion for dismissal notarized and get email submission instructions for the Grande Prairie courthouse, where Patrick Ross filed his nonsensical defamation lawsuit against me almost 2 years ago.

I called the Grande Prairie courthouse on Tuesday morning to find out the status of the suit and was told it was still very much active, but due to a John/Jane Doe being attached I should file a motion to dismiss on the grounds he hasn't identified that individual and there's been no action on the file since August 30, 2022.

In speaking to the clerk about service and issues I faced last year with registered mail not being picked up due to Patrick's ongoing issues with wage garnish procedures and several agencies wanting to speak to him, she noted I should file my motion, send it registered mail, provide proof registered mail was indeed sent, and the court would give me a date for my hearing. Easy enough and I went away to write my motion.

This morning however, I was alerted to a post on Robert Day's blog and specifically a few comments on it:

Chronicles of Twatrick: Sure, let's talk about "improper purpose."

As you can see, one specific comment noted that Patrick is potentially in serious trouble for not following court orders from recent legal entanglements and could be used against him. I found this information remarkably interesting, so before heading to the Brownlee Building, I stopped in at the Edmonton Law Courts to speak to any duty counsel available.

The information the anonymous individual posted on Robert Day's blog had the foundation correct, implying Patrick would be forced to comply with all previous orders he hasn't complied with up to the date of my filing before being able to convince a Justice he had the right to continue his case against me. But there was more, and this is where it gets interesting, however.

Upon my filing, clerks will notice that I've made claims of Patrick not following previous court orders and will certainly inform the Justice hearing the case that my information is correct and verified. Failure to comply with a court order is a criminal offense under the Canadian criminal code. It carries a sentence between a fine to up to 2 years in custody for each instance

Currently, it is my estimation Patrick hasn't complied with 6 previous orders against him.

To quote Devry Law: "Parties who fail to comply not only interfere with the court process but obstruct the course of justice. The consequences for being found in contempt range from fines to jail time. Ultimately, the objective with a finding of contempt is compliance."

He could also be facing potential contempt of court charges for lying to Justices on August 30, 2022, and November 4, 2022, where he stated on the record four times Robert Day, and I were lying when we spoke about his undischarged status. This is where Patrick situation gets far more complicated for him. I've already supplied court services records showing his true status and transcripts highlighting these lies under oath in court. As he is self-represented in court, anything he puts forth during his case whether written or spoken is to be done with utter truth, and as they say, nothing but the truth.

The moment I file my order, which will be emailed by noon on Monday, Patrick's life goes from horrible, too horrible behind bars. He doesn't have money to come to compliance with all his previous orders, and he could face further contempt of court charges.

Now you might ask, what if Patrick beats me to court Monday morning and withdraws his case? Doesn't matter at this point. I will file regardless for discontinuance costs, triggering all the above regardless of his actions. I've spent good money hiring a bankruptcy attorney to sift through all the motions and orders from his bankruptcy and his failure to abide by it. You see the issue with this already, right? It will be another order Patrick will be forced to become compliant with in truly short order.

Well, what if Patrick doesn't show up for the hearing you might ask? The Justice will simply issue a bench warrant for his arrest and will adjourn until Patrick is found and is brought before court in custody.

With Patrick's history of evasion tactics of closing bank accounts and quitting employment scenarios, there is little to no doubt Patrick will not be given bail if a bench warrant is issued. Due to his history of failure to comply, he won't be given more time to comply. If he does manage to swindle some time, it will be extraordinarily little, and he will have to show how and why he'll be able to become compliant. His defamation suit against Robert Day will not even be entertained as a method of paying, even partially his previous debt, because it's likely that suit will be tossed as well.

I gave Patrick several opportunities to simply walk away from his erroneous actions, and he mocked and cajoled me. He then posted our private Plaintiff/Defendant communications, which is against court rules that he was specifically told to follow in our August 30, 2022, hearing. That tidy bit will likely result in another contempt of court charge along with another for taking a picture of me during a hearing and posting it to his Twitter feed.

Overall, Patrick will be seen for exactly who he is. A compulsive liar who wants court protections while never being able to follow court orders against him to protect others. Seems a tad hypocritical..
